Over the last few weeks we have been shipping out many different baseball backstop nets for a wide variety of customers and clients, ranging from private establishments to large commercial and municipal baseball field locations. In the 2 examples below we provide some helpful examples of baseball field barrier nets<\/a> that were built from the #36 X 1-3\/4″ nylon netting, and feature unique sizes as well as custom rope rib-lines as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Baseball Backstop Nets for Municipal Field Location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The series of netting panels displayed below shows a great example of custom backstop nets<\/a> built and shipped for a municipal baseball field installation in Oregon. The overall job needed 12 netting panels, each constructed from the #36 X 1-3\/4″ twisted-knotted nylon netting<\/a>, with 5\/16″ polyester rope bordered perimeter edges, as well as interior rope rib-lines running vertically. A couple of the nets also needed horizontal rope rib-lines as well, as specified by our customer. These nets were built to a variety of different heights and widths, with the interior rib-lines spaced at specific interval locations in order to line-up with the installation framing that was constructed at the baseball field site. These nets were produced and ready to ship out in about 3 weeks from the order being placed, and shipped directly to the baseball field via LTL truck shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this second recent example of custom netting<\/a>, you can see a series of 3 large nets that were built and shipped for a municipal baseball, softball, and sports complex in Washington. These nets were also constructed from #36 X 1-3\/4″ twisted-knotted nylon<\/a> netting, with 5\/16″ polyester rope bordered perimeter edges. They also featured some custom horizontal rope rib-lines running through the nets at 22′, 20′, and 15′ spacing intervals – in order to line-up with the installation cables between the poles on-site. These nets were each built to a height of 57′, and our client required lengths of 35′, 55′, and 142′ for the total job. This project was built and completed in about 3 weeks from the order being placed and then shipped directly to the baseball field location via LTL trucking service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
