Custom Trellis Netting
Nylon Trellis & Drying Nets for Agriculture
Our custom trellis netting is a professional-grade, reusable solution for modern horticulture and agriculture. Specifically designed for applications like plant support and product drying, this netting is a long-term investment in your operation's efficiency. Every net is made in the USA from high-strength, non-absorbent DuPont® twisted-knotted nylon, which will not rot or absorb moisture—a critical feature for both growing and curing environments. We fabricate each panel to your exact dimensional specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for any greenhouse, grow room, or drying rack.
Common Applications for Agricultural Netting
Our versatile nylon netting is the top choice for a variety of horticultural and processing needs, including:
- Horizontal Plant Support: The ideal trellis for the "Screen of Green" (SCROG) method for hemp and cannabis.
- Vertical Plant Support: Perfect for vining crops like beans, peas, and cucumbers.
- Hemp & Cannabis Drying Nets: Create custom, multi-layered drying and curing racks.
- Processing & Sifting: Durable mesh for handling and processing harvested materials.
- General Agricultural & Greenhouse Use: A reusable, high-strength alternative to disposable plastic netting.
Choosing Your Nylon Trellis Netting
We offer two primary mesh sizes, each available in two different strengths, allowing you to select the perfect combination for your specific application.
4" Square Mesh | The Industry Standard for Trellising
This is the most popular choice for horizontal trellis netting. The 4" openings provide optimal support while allowing ample space for plant growth, maintenance, and harvesting.
- Standard Duty (#15 twine): With a 144 lb. tensile strength, this is our most recommended option for the majority of indoor and greenhouse trellising applications.
- Heavy Duty (#36 twine): With a 334 lb. tensile strength, this option is ideal for supporting exceptionally heavy plant growth, for high-abrasion environments, or for long-term outdoor installations.
1-3/4" Square Mesh | For Drying, Processing & Vertical Support
This smaller mesh is an excellent choice for creating durable, reusable drying nets and is also suitable for trellising smaller plants vertically.
- Standard Duty (#12 twine): With a 116 lb. tensile strength, this lightweight netting is a fantastic choice for building custom hemp and cannabis drying nets.
- Heavy Duty (#21 twine): With a 241 lb. tensile strength, this is a more robust option for high-use drying racks or for sifting and product processing applications.
